Sitting at home Saturday night writing a blog, not because I don't have anything better to do it's because I'm sick. I don't know about everyone else but I have the ability to tell when I'm going to get sick usually 24 hours before, sometimes a little earlier. Going for a 6 mile run. It's cold here and I didn't bring the right gear. In the 30's and I have shorts and a running tee. As I like to say it's not always sunny on race day, get your butt out there sissy.

In a coaching clinic all day. Walked around Davis for about an hour. The coaching group got a private tour of the no yet open to the public Cycling Hall of Fame. I saw one of my friend's bikes in there Pam Barker I posted it on my facebook.

Had the pleasure of playing catch with my childhood friend's son today. Then I got to shag balls in the outfield.
It was a nice break after running 13 miles yesterday. Heading to SoCal tomorrow, probably will get back to running. read more »
