Training last 2 weeks

I'm obviously not doing a good job of keeping my training blog up to date. So here is the last 2 weeks recap.

Thanksgiving 32 mile ride with Markus, Castro, and Jeff Baylor

Fri 11/27 EOP ride with the Az Masters 65 miles

Sat 11/28 Attempted a base ride a Bicycle Ranch it got a little out of hand go to my blog and see the entry by Joe Friel. 50 miles

Managed to lift twice a week for the last 2 weeks.

Got in the pool twice

Got my butt run into the ground once by Gina K.

Core training

I did some core, stability, strength training today but other than that zero time on the bike or run this week.  I did get in the pool Tuesday but not really worth mentioning.  Planning on riding with BR guys turkey day.  Riding with AZ Masters Friday and Sunday.  Saturday I will be at Bicycle Ranch at 730am come out for a great 40+ mile ride.

Base ride dropped in Barlett Lake about half way down had to cut it a little short.
